  • Set departmental targets and KPIs with the Country Business Development Officer; develop action plans accordingly.
  • Drive market expansion and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of company products, services, and promotions; position them effectively against competitors.
  • Understand market and partner needs; suggest relevant services and activities.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with partners and business associates.
  • Organize and participate in events, seminars, and networking activities.
  • Handle partner inquiries and coordinate with internal departments for support.
  • Deliver presentations and partnership proposals to potential partners.
  • Monitor partner performance and engagement, suggest improvements.
  • Lead and manage team: set goals, provide feedback, coaching, and motivation.
  • Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

  • BSc Degree in Business Administration or in any Business-related field
  • Proven experience in business development, partner relations or similar role
  • Excellent English skills
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
  • Strong resilience, persistence, and ability to perform under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and engage stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with strong market analysis and opportunity identification skills
  • Proven ability to plan and execute effective partnership growth strategies
  • Highly organised with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer applications and business tools
  • Effective leadership and team management abilities
  • Skilled in coaching, training, and developing team members
  • Able to keep teams motivated, aligned, and mobilised toward common goals
