Growth Path: This role offers a development path toward becoming an Operations Specialist or Program Coordinator, working across teams to streamline workflows, drive efficiency, and identify opportunities for automation and system improvement.
What you will do
- Set up, manage, and continuously optimize customer support operations;
- Set up, manage, and optimize internal business support processes;
- Execute and improve digital advertising campaigns and manage social media content;
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to enhance operations and customer experience;
- Track project activities, prepare progress reports;
- Contribute to the improvement of internal workflows, tools, and project methodologies;
- Summarize product and operational data to support decision-making and uncover opportunities for improvement;
- Identify repetitive or manual workflows and collaborate with engineers to explore automation solutions;
- Support other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
What you will need
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks across teams;
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments; able to adapt quickly and meet tight deadlines;
- A growth mindset and a strong curiosity to learn;
- Excellent communication skills, with a willingness to work cross-functionally with engineers and diverse stakeholders;
Nice to have
- Prior experience in operations, project coordination, or digital marketing;
- Familiarity with tech/startup environments and basic product/tech concepts.
