CCIFV is hiring on behalf of a reputable international engineering and project management firm. We are looking for a strategic and technically skilled leader to head a growing design unit based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.This position is ideal for professionals with strong HVAC and BIM/MEP experience, combined with leadership abilities and a global project mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a design team of 8–10 engineers (2D/3D)Supervise an annual project volume of $300K–$400KCoordinate with project managers in ParisOversee:HVAC sizing & calculations3D modeling (LOD 300–500)2D drawing extractionEnsure quality assurance, on-time delivery, and team productivityProject Types: Hospitality, residential, and office buildings
Candidate Requirements
Degree: HVAC, Thermal, or Industrial EngineeringExperience: 4+ years in HVAC design (public/commercial buildings)Technical skills: AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ExcelBonus tools: CANECO, DIALUX, knowledge of energy standardsSoft skills: Leadership, independence, cross-cultural collaboration experience
