Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. Job Description:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Marketing, etc.) to execute campaign landing pages or game setups and allocate onsite exposure based on business priorities, ensuring an optimal user experience;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate campaign requirements and ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality execution;
- Monitor and manage urgent request queues during assigned shifts, ensuring prompt and accurate execution;
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop, implement, and manage process guidelines that drive adoption and engagement;
- Effectively communicate updates and relevant information to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and issue resolution throughout the campaign lifecycle;
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all campaign-related information;
- Work in shifts as scheduled by the Team Lead;
- Other tasks as assigned by the Team Lead from time to time.
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate or 1 year of experience;
- Willingness to work in shifts;
- Careful, detail-oriented, and proactive in execution and project management;
- Able to quickly adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment;
- Data analysis skills and Microsoft Excel;
- Command of communication, negotiation, and problem-solving;
- Have a service mindset.
