- Translate data into valuable insights and present results and recommendations
- Proactively identify new commercial opportunities through deep analysis and innovative research methods
- Evaluate market conditions and competitor data to identify emerging trends and to recommend learnings and action points to optimize results
- Regularly review and analyze key commercial metrics to develop report, drive continual optimization and improve campaign efficiency
- Provides data-driven, actionable insights and recommendations for improving commercial & investment performance

Coordinate and liaise with functional stakeholders to run category and/or cluster projects on demand
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Marketing, BBA or related fields from well-known universities
- 2 - 3 years experienced, e-commerce industry would be a plus
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal format
- Efficient command of Business English
- Strong project management skills
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Creative, well-organised and self-motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong ability to visualize data/insight
- Experience in PowerBI and query tools is an advantage
