Digital channel development
- Identify, evaluate, and initiate partnerships with relevant e-commerce platforms, marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tiki), social commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Facebook Shop), affiliate networks, livestreaming platforms, and B2B platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Set up and manage digital storefronts: product listings, content, categorization, pricing, and promotions.
- Optimize store presence using SEO/SEA best practices for each platform.
Channel Operation & Sales Execution
- Execute and manage sales campaigns, including flash sales, seasonal promotions, livestreaming events, and affiliate programs.
- Optimize performance through banner placement, keyword management, promotional scripts, and conversion tracking (e.g., CTR, CR, AOV, ROAS).
Cross-functional teamwork
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to monitor inventory and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with customer service to handle reviews, resolve complaints, and improve buyer retention.
Partner enablement & Training
- Develop operational guidelines, pricing policies, promotional playbooks, and content briefs for platform account managers, KOLs/KOCs, and affiliate partners.
- Host webinars, live training sessions, and distribute sales toolkits to enhance channel effectiveness.
Performance monitoring & Optimization
- Build performance dashboards to track KPIs across all platforms (traffic, CR, ROI, etc.).
- Analyze consumer insights and propose improvements on pricing, product positioning, content strategy, and user journey.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing e-commerce or social commerce sales channels (experience in Home Appliance or Consumer Electronics is highly preferred).
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling online sales channels with quantifiable business results.
- Practical experience in working with 3PL/logistics providers, and coordinating across supply chain and customer support functions.
- Hands-on experience with digital performance marketing and managing agency/partner teams running paid media (ads, affiliate, livestreaming, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills; able to work with data, dashboards, and insights to inform strategy and execution.
- Strong communication skills in English (Chinese is a plus).
