Mô tả công việc:

1. Sales Tasks (60%)

• Identify and approach new customers via online platforms (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, email, etc.)
• Advise on suitable products based on customer needs (B2B, distributors, supermarkets, etc.)
• Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and maintain good relationships with clients
• Coordinate with Logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Monitor sales performance, update customer database
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the manager

2. Marketing Tasks (40%)

• Conduct market research and consumer analysis to propose effective marketing strategies
• Contribute ideas, scripts, and content for social media channels (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram)
• Participate in product reviews, promotions, and visual/video-based content
• Assist in filming, editing, and producing product videos
• Collaborate with the Design team to create marketing and branding materials

Yêu cầu công việc:

• University degree (preferably in International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields)
• Strong passion and long-term career orientation in International Sales & Marketing
• English proficiency (IELTS 6.0 or higher, or equivalent certification)
• Knowing additional foreign languages (e.g., Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Spanish, etc.) is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – full training provided
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, content creation, Facebook Ads or similar tools is a plus
• Office skills: Word, Excel, Google Sheets, basic Canva
• Available to start work immediately
