Role overview

Support the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of HR system and digital tools. Ensure accurate data management, system setup, and user support throughout the employee lifecycle. Collaborate with global and local teams to align system functionalities with business needs and compliance standards:

What you’ll be doing

  • Maintain and optimize SuccessFactors modules to support efficient HR operations (e.g., master data, workflows, user roles).
  • Ensure data accuracy across modules and perform regular audits to comply with internal policies and data privacy regulations.
  • Deliver dashboards and standard reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, compensation inputs) to support business and HR decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to automate HR processes and assist in implementing changes with guidance.
  • Provide system and data support for HR key cycles such as performance management, compensation planning, bonus calculations, and people budgeting.
  • Provide training and technical support to HR team and employees during system implementations, enhancements, and new releases.
  • Ensure access rights, system security, and data compliance meet local and global standards.
  • Coordinate with global teams and external vendors for support, testing, and project delivery.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor degree in HR, IT or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR data system management or a related role in same size organization.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and tools such as SuccessFactors/Workday, Power BI,
  • Automation, SQL, Excel or other automation tools.
  • Experience in delivering or supporting system enhancement projects.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and service-oriented mindset
