With the customer as the main focus, this role will take a professional approach to every customer interaction, to ensure a high quality Manulife experience. This role is primarily accountable for performing all policy change requests from customers. This role brings you knowledge deeply about insurance products, system.
Position Responsibilities:
- Doing all transactions of Policy owner Service in compliance with guidelines and procedures effectively to meet the objectives of the Corporation and company goals
- Control quality, quantity, TAT and backlog
- Co-ordination with other department to handle special case and ad- hoc situation
- Back up for colleague.
- Ensure are done completely, timely & accurately
- Ensure all reports, assigned projects, system development and enhancement are done completely and timely & accurately.
- Perform other responsibility & duty that are assigned by Manager
What we're looking for:
- University of Foreign Trade / Business Administration/Economic, Insurance specialization is priority.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in PS or relevant position.
- Carefulness, trustworthiness
- Customer service skill.
- Good communication skills,
- Problem solving and making decision skill.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Logical analysis skill is preferable.
- Adaptability any training.
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams
