FWD Vietnam Technology Company Limited., known as FWD VTC, was set up in 2024 and is part of FWD Group. FWD VTC in Vietnam is one of FWD Group’s office locations serving multiple markets within the Group and employs team members in various functions including Group Technology and Operations, Group Digital & Data and our Centre of Excellence comprising cloud & infrastructure, information security, enterprise architecture and solution delivery.
● Assist in the development and deployment of software solutions.● Collaborate with software developers and system operators to identify system needs.
● Manage code releases and deployments across various platforms.
● Establish and maintain IT infrastructure.
● Monitor and troubleshoot system issues as they arise.
● Document processes, systems, and software updates clearly.
● Perform routine system updates and upgrades.
● Implement and manage continuous delivery systems and methodologies.
● Test software and identify any issues or improvements.
● Provide month-end support (night shift).
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible to maintain DEV/PROD Computer infrastructure.
- Coding Deployment/Release to DEV/PROD
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple DevOps environments
- Improve automation and fault tolerance of the deployment process
- Align with Group security policies and keep the environment in good health and secured state.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in DevOps.
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
- Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to document processes clearly.
- Fluent English communication
