Content Production Executive

Responsibility 1: Content Creation (Portion 60-70% of time)

• Develop, write, and edit engaging and informative content for various channels, including website pages, blog posts, articles, social media updates, email newsletters, product descriptions.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and design teams to understand content needs and develop a content calendar aligned with business objectives.
• Adapt writing style and tone to suit different target audiences and platforms.
• Incorporate SEO best practices (keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building awareness) into content creation to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

Responsibility 2: CMS Operations & Management (Portion 30-40% of time)

• Upload, publish, and manage content on the company's CMS (e.g., Magento).
• Format content within the CMS for optimal readability and user experience, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
• Manage website structure, navigation, and taxonomies (categories, tags), troubleshoot and resolve basic CMS-related issues (e.g., broken links, formatting errors).
• Collaborate with web developers or IT for more complex CMS issues or updates.
• Implement on-page SEO elements within the CMS, such as meta descriptions, title tags, alt text, and schema markup.
• Regularly audit website content for outdated information, broken links, and areas for improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• College/ University Diploma or any degrees equivalent to those above.
• Preference for majors related to Marketing, or related major.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Ability to shoot and edit basic video clips.
• Basis skill in photography, Photoshop and Adobe software.
• Strong writing skills, creative thinking, and the ability to quickly grasp trends.
• Enthusiastic, responsible, and capable of working independently.
• Ready to work overtime (less)
