Position: Contract Engineer (1 vacancy)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tender documents, contract strategies & commercial terms
- Evaluate bids for technical, commercial & legal compliance
- Lead contract negotiation based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models
- Manage contract lifecycle: issuance, amendments, PO tracking & vendor performance
- Liaise with project teams to resolve contractual issues and drive project milestones
- Maintain strict document control and confidentiality
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- ≥5 years in refinery/petrochemical or heavy‑industry procurement, with ≥4 years in bidding & contract management
- Proven experience in EPC/PC/construction tendering & contract administration
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation & cost‑analysis skills
- Familiarity with Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes; SAP & Ariba is a plus
- Professional contract management certification (FIDIC, CIPS, MCIPS) preferred
- Fluent English (spoken & written); Vietnamese is a plus
