Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage procurement and technical service contracts.
- Prepare and evaluate bidding documents and tender dossiers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of bidding and contracting strategies.
- Monitor contract performance, cost management, and handle contractual changes.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or technical project industries.
- Solid experience in bidding, procurement, and contract management.
- Strong skills in contract analysis, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Preference for candidates with experience in EPC/EPCIC contractors.
