(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)A credit risk professional who has a background in SME lending and digital underwriting, adapting best practices to fit Jenfi’s business model. Someone with understanding of Risk Policy, Underwriting with a business mindset. Excellent communication and ability to align with stakeholders across units ie risk, sales, collections, operations, product, and technology teams. The role is recommending deals for credit decisions on Jenfi’s Vietnam credit operations.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for end-to-end credit underwriting for new and existing SME clients in Vietnam.
- Perform detailed financial analysis of SME borrowers, including cash flow, trend, and ratio analysis; interpret and validate financial information from multiple sources (bank statements, financials, contracts, invoices).
- Drive the adoption of digital risk tools, credit scoring models, and data analytics to improve credit decisions and underwriting efficiency.
- Coordinate and participate in customer site visits, personal discussions, and due diligence alongside Relationship Managers and Sales Director, as and when required.

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of credit risk or risk-related work experience in banking, fintech, or financial institutions, including significant experience as a credit underwriter.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, with sound judgment and risk awareness.
- Experience in SME/alternative lending and understanding of credit risk, policy in Vietnam
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- English speaking skill will be an advantage
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree required
