CSR MANAGER
LOCATION: BAU BANG - BINH DUONG
SALARY: ~ 30 MIL GROSS
COMPANY CAR FROM THUAN AN - BINH DUONG

JD:
- Develop and implement CSR, health & safety, and environmental strategies.
- Ensure legal and customer compliance across the factory.
- Coordinate audits, inspections, and reporting (HSE, CSR, fire safety).
- Conduct internal training, risk assessments, and accident investigations.
- Maintain and manage safety/CSR documentation and improvement plans.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Good English communication skills (speaking and listening).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience with SLCP, BSCI, HIGG FEM, ISO 9001, SCAN audits.
- Knowledgeable in labor compensation and payroll.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and warehouse management software.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
