Yêu cầu công việc:
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- IELTS 6.5+ certification or equivalent English proficiency.
- Demonstrated honesty and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work night shift hours (aligning with Texas time).
- Basic computer proficiency.
