- Communicate and support customers (via email, chat, and phone), especially international clients.
- Guide users on how to use features on the Freshdi.com platform.
- Verify buyers to ensure reliability before connecting them with suppliers.
- Advise and encourage customers to upgrade to paid accounts.
- Collect user feedback and propose improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Coordinate with related departments (Marketing, Platform, etc.) to handle requests and improve service quality.
- Prepare regular reports on work progress and results for management.
