- Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards to track business performance and product health
- Assist to define and monitor business and product metrics, particularly for newly launched features or changes, ensuring they are accurately reflected in reporting systems
- Support business and product teams in understanding current performance and provide insights that drive timely and effective decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and product’s requirements and consolidate efficient solutions from them
- Handle ad-hoc requests such as updating reports, filling in missing data, exporting datasets, and assisting with data analysis tasks
- Contribute documentation of workflows and processes to support team operations and knowledge sharing

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of SQL and familiarity with data workflows or pipelines
- Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Python is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret and analyze data effectively
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- A proactive learner who is eager to gain new skills and contribute effectively
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and prioritize work as needed
