Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

ABOUT THE JOB

• Design and execute an enterprise-wide data strategy aligned with business processes, including data modeling, database standards, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.
• Identify and integrate diverse data sources, building a scalable data management plan consistent with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations of the enterprise data ecosystem.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of data architecture—from platform selection, technical design, and solution development to testing and deployment.
• Define and optimize data flows, ensuring information is shared effectively across the organization.
• Ensure accessibility, accuracy, and security of data through robust technical integration.
• Continuously monitor and audit system performance, addressing issues proactively and reporting risks or breaches to relevant stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years specializing in Data Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture principles; exposure to AI/ML and data mining is an advantage.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire teams.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of data models and governance best practices.
• Good command of English skills.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to negotiate, influence, and build relationships at all management levels.
• Independent problem-solving in a dynamic, multi-technology environment.
