Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

ABOUT THE JOB
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured datasets.
Implement ETL/ELT workflows for ingestion, transformation, and integration of large datasets.
Collaborate with AI teams to prepare datasets for machine learning and deep learning models.
Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing performance in cloud or on-premises environments.
Apply data quality checks and validation frameworks to ensure reliability of delivered datasets.
Deploy AI models into production pipelines and ensure seamless integration with business systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, implementing proactive improvements.Document data architecture, workflows, and operational procedures.
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering role.
Experience with data engineering technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, dbt).
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
Experience with Python for data processing, including libraries such as Pandas, PySpark, or Dask.
Experience with AI generative tools and familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Familiarity with cloud platforms and ML services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML).
Fluent in English
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a strong sense of ownership.
