Support the Data Product team in exploring the data needs of business units, analyzing & realizing data product opportunities (Data Products) - especially DMP & Loyalty initiatives - to create clear business value, improve customer experience and enhance marketing campaign effectiveness.
What you will do
1. DMP related work
- Data Solution Plan: Support coordination with business stakeholders to collect data needs and pain points, thereby contributing to building ideas and product strategies related to data;
- Market Research: Support research on new products and technologies that can be applied to solve customer problems or develop new data products;
- Data Analytic: Support analysis of data use cases, performance of ad campaigns, data projects to identify problems and propose solutions.
2. Work related to the Loyalty project
- Implement the Loyalty program for the Di Cung Con project;
- Support data analysis from the loyalty program to identify customer behavior trends, loyalty levels and factors affecting customer retention;
- Support data collection, cleaning and processing from different sources (such as customer databases, transactions, surveys) to support loyalty strategies;
- Support proposing improvements to the loyalty program based on insights from data, such as customer segmentation or personalized promotions.
What you will need
- Graduated from IT, Mathematics-Statistics, Economics, Marketing;
- Proficiency in SQL & at least one analytical language (Python/R);
- Basic knowledge of data modeling and visualization (Looker Studio, PowerBI);
- Quantitative analysis skills, report writing & insight presentation;
- Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies in the data field.
