We are looking for a talented Desktop App Developer to join our dynamic team and help us build high-quality desktop applications. Join us to continue expanding our unique B2B SaaS app portfolios with already over 20,000 customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain cross platform desktop applications using ElectronJS, Python.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Implement new features and optimize existing ones.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
- Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure functionality and performance.
- Debug and resolve issues and bugs reported by users or found during testing.
- Document development processes, code changes, and provide user guides for new features.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all projects.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Experiment with new technologies and frameworks to improve the development process.
Requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong experience with ElectronJS and Node.js.
- Experience with Roku, BrightSign, Tizen, WebOS applications is a plus.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Proven experience in developing desktop applications using ElectronJS.
- Experience in integrating third-party APIs and services.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to debug and optimize code for performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
