JOB PURPOSE
Support the formulation work at the Development Center
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Carry out necessary activities (material preparation, pre-formulation studies, laboratory scale studies, optimization experiments…) to develop new products
- Document all development activities
- Participate in the routine activities of the laboratories: calibration /validation of galenical equipment, 5S, inventory management, template renewal…
- Ensure Quality & safe working practices are followed
QUALIFICATION
Education: Pharmacist, having experience/ knowledge in formulation is preferrable
Essential technical skills
Basic knowledge in preparing different dosage forms, ingredients, and equipment.
Essential behavioral competences
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Fast learner and reliable
- Creative, strive for results
- Good sense of Analysis and synthesis.
