(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)- Develop and maintain brand positioning, core values, and integrated content & performance marketing strategy in collaboration with management: Work with Manger to develop Brand Positioning & Strategy
- Digital Marketing & Multi-Channel Advertising – Omi Channel Marketing: Manage, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve lead generation and sales targets across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, Zalo OA, etc.
- Content Marketing: Conduct market and competitor research to align brand positioning and content strategy with target customers. Produce and manage consistent communications across assigned channels.
- Public Relations & Media: Build relationships with external communications vendor, implement PR activities, and handle crisis effectively.
- Budget Management of Content and Performance Marketing: Coordinate planning, management, and tracking of content & performance marketing budgets.
- Sales Support: Provide tools and marketing materials for the sales team and participate in Event (Seminar, Workshop…)
- Internal Communications Support
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director/Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Being a detail oriented and accountable person. Highly creative and strategic professional with a keen eye for modern visual trends.
- Strong skill set in visual content creation, including photography, videography, and post-production editing, especially experiences in pharmaceutical and logistics sectors is an advance.
- Proactive and highly organized with multitasking skills. Must possess a creative and insightful mindset to effectively grasp and articulate ideas. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; adept at analysis, creative solutions, and crisis management.
- Deep understanding and experience in both user and admin roles for communication tools.
- Event organization/management experience (internal or commercial are acceptable).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Content & Performance Marketing with strong Digital Marketing expertise. Experience with a Performance or Creative Agency is a significant advantage, as is prior experience in the logistics, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods sectors.
