As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial success of the hotel from the pre-opening stage through to full operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue across all business segments.
- Building and leading a dynamic pre-opening sales and marketing team.
- Establishing strong relationships with key partners including corporate clients, travel agents, OTAs, and MICE organizers.
- Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and revenue forecasting.
- Working closely with the General Manager and Accor Regional Teams to position the hotel competitively in the market.
- Overseeing brand compliance, digital marketing campaigns, PR, and promotional events.
- Contributing to pricing, budgeting, and business planning processes.

Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in a similar leadership role at an international 4- or 5-star hotel
Pre-opening experience is highly preferred.
Strong commercial acumen and market insight, especially in Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Familiarity with Accor systems and brand standards is an advantage.
