Job Description

• Ensure efficient management of projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee project managers and teams, monitor project timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Allocate resources effectively, matching team members’ skills with project requirements.
• Balance workload, skill sets, and project needs to optimize team performance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the delivery team, ensuring client expectations are met and addressing any concerns.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or deliverables.
• Implement risk management strategies and contingency plans.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure all work meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Maintain high standards of quality in project deliverables.
• Implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress.
• Oversee the creation and analysis of reports to provide insights into project performance for data-driven decision-making.
• Identify areas for process optimization and work collaboratively with teams to implement improvements.
• Enhance efficiency and effectiveness to stay competitive and meet evolving client needs.

Must have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in delivery management or a related role with a proven track record of managing large-scale delivery teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in risk management and quality assurance processes.
• Effective resource allocation and client relationship management.
• Good communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in a technology-based role or environment.
• Familiarity with performance metrics and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate uncertainties effectively.
