- Follow up main tasks:
- 1/ Prepare and issue required Documents and send to customers:
- - Confirmation of Original Country issued by SEVN or (COO) - Certificate of Quality (CQ) - Certificate of Warranty (CW)
- Documents related to Import process such as Customs Declaration Form, packing list, bill of ladding, etc. when received request andapproval
- 2/ Prepare other documents and letters related to above Docs and PO as per request from SEVN and CustomersFull Accuracy Timelineness External feedbacks
- Performance Management:
- Check and Follow up Certificate of origin (COO) from oversea
- Record & filing overseas COO
- Follow up completed POs and deadline for CO, CQ issuance
- Run and update data from SAP System
- Record documents information
- Bachelor Degree in Economics/ Foreign Trade or relevant major
- SAP Knowledge is a plus
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented is a must
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member under high pressure Have strong communication skills (both in writing and speaking Vietnamese and English)
- Enthusiasm, adaptability, team-spirit, customer-oriented are required Excellent computer skills MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel), etc
