Document Supply Chain Intern

Job Description:
What will you do?
  • Follow up main tasks:
    • 1/ Prepare and issue required Documents and send to customers:
      • - Confirmation of Original Country issued by SEVN or (COO) - Certificate of Quality (CQ) - Certificate of Warranty (CW)
        • Documents related to Import process such as Customs Declaration Form, packing list, bill of ladding, etc. when received request andapproval
    • 2/ Prepare other documents and letters related to above Docs and PO as per request from SEVN and Customers
      Full Accuracy Timelineness External feedbacks
  • Performance Management:
    • Check and Follow up Certificate of origin (COO) from oversea
    • Record & filing overseas COO
    • Follow up completed POs and deadline for CO, CQ issuance
    • Run and update data from SAP System
    • Record documents information
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Bachelor Degree in Economics/ Foreign Trade or relevant major
  • SAP Knowledge is a plus
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented is a must
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member under high pressure Have strong communication skills (both in writing and speaking Vietnamese and English)
  • Enthusiasm, adaptability, team-spirit, customer-oriented are required Excellent computer skills MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel), etc
