- Bosch first started its operations in Vietnam in 1994 and registered a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2008. According to the business strategy of Bosch in Vietnam, from 1st July 2014 on all business entities were merged into Bosch Vietnam Co. Ltd. with its head office at Ho Chi Minh City plant (HcP) in Dong Nai Province.
- HcP has started its belt assembly in a rented building on 1st August 2008 as the assembly plant of Tilburg Plant (TbP). On 14th April 2011, HcP celebrated the inauguration of the new plant (Lth101 with 17,000 sqm), which did not only allow to increase the production depth, but also to facilitate the push belt assembly of this high-tech product. On 3rd July 2012 HcP marked a big milestone by starting to produce the second component (loop-set) for its push belt. Since November 2012, HcP doubled the production floor space and increase the net total floor space up to 56.000 m², and have successfully increased its production capacity and realized a lot of new line SOP’s.

Job Description
1/ Preventive & predictive maintenance
- Create MAE maintenance work instruction and execute maintenance works
- Monitor, analyze and report machine condition trends and deploy measures if needed
2/ Corrective maintenance
- Analyze MAE problems, assess damage and execute the repair works
- Create the repair work instruction
3/ Problem solving and improvement
- Able to apply Problem solving tools and lead Problem solving PSS
- Able to lead all Improvements, 4M Changes on the existing test benches
- Work with IPTN partners, external suppliers/ manufacturers for improving and problem solving of MAEs
4/ Spare part control coordination
- Fabricate, modify & calibrate spare parts to ensure readiness for use
- Coordinate with material planner in planning spare part demand & stocking
- Build specifications and identify the potential local/ global suppliers
5/ Local and IPTN collaboration
- Communicate, share problem/ knowledge/ experience with local & IPTN counterparts
- Train, instruct and support technicians/ new engineers
- Collaborate other activities of group & department
Qualifications
1/ Education
- University or higher degree in Automation/ Electrical/ Mechatronics engineering
2/ Work experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Automation/ Electrical/ Mechatronics works
3/ Traits and Skills
- Able to read & interpret relevant engineering drawings, related spec., standards & equipment manuals. Competence in testing, diagnosing, repair & validating faults of MAEs. Understanding the relevant regulatory requirements and safe working practices
- Applying Problem Solving tools and leading Problem-solving topics
- Identifying possibility, scheduling and executing 4M Improvements/ Changes according to standard procedure
- Taking responsibility, ownership of tasks and control conflicts of interest
- Presenting ideas and reports in Vietnamese & English effectively
