ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Content Creation & Internal Communication (45%) Assist in creating content for internal and employer branding channels (Workplace, Email, Social Media, Recruitment site, etc.). Contribute ideas and assist in executing internal communication campaigns to promote company culture and employee engagement. Internal Event (45%) Support the organization of internal events (e.g. Year-End Party, Company Trip, monthly/seasonal celebrations, etc.). Help collect feedback and contribute to post-event recap and improvement suggestions. Others (10%) Support other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager. REQUIREMENTS Education Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Marketing, Communications, HR, or related fields. Knowledge Basic understanding of employer branding, internal communication, and corporate culture Familiarity with digital marketing and content strategy Skill Strong skills in content creation: writing, visual, short-form video Basic proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, etc. Comfortable using social media & internal communication platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Workplace) Good communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office and English communication Personality Creative, innovative, flexible, strategic thinking High sense of judgement & responsibility Possess high level of reliability, integrity and personal ethics BENEFITS Internship allowance of 3,000,000 VND/month and opportunity to become a full-time employee after the program Hands-on experience in employer branding, internal communication, and event planning Direct mentorship and on-the-job training from experienced team members A young, creative, and dynamic working environment Participation in company activities: Company trip, Year-End Party, Team Building, etc. Parking fee support Access to in-house entertainment: foosball, book tree, free coffee and snacks
