• Deliver engaging and interactive IELTS Speaking lessons for adult learners.
• Follow the provided curriculum, including lesson plans, student books, and PowerPoint slides.
• Customize delivery and class interaction to align with students’ proficiency levels and learning styles.
• Assess students' speaking skills based on IELTS criteria and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and culturally respectful classroom environment.
• Monitor and report on student progress using internal tracking systems.
• Collaborate with academic staff to ensure consistent teaching quality and student satisfaction.
• (Preferred) Share examiner insights (if applicable) to help students understand how to meet IELTS Speaking Band Descriptors.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Native English speaker or fluent English speaker with near-native proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching certification.
• Priority given to candidates with experience as an IELTS Examiner.
• For IELTS classes, strong familiarity with the IELTS test format and proven experience in preparing students for the exam is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
  Love for Vietnamese culture and a genuine desire to help Vietnamese learners improve their English skills.
