MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
• Support event-related tasks and deliver brand marketing administrative duties as assigned.
• Assist in planning and executing internal and external events.
• Ensure smooth coordination and compliance with Abbott’s processes and policies.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Management
• Assist in planning and executing internal events (e.g., Cycle Meetings, Mid-Year, Kick-off Meetings, Teambuilding).
• Support the Marketing team in organizing external events for HCPs and pharmacies.
• Coordinate third-party congress participation, including sponsorships, educational programs, and donation initiatives.
• Facilitate online events such as webinars and webcasts.
• Collaborate with agencies and vendors to ensure event success.
Brand Marketing Administration
• Arrange travel logistics for Abbott staff attending field visits and training.
• Support the production, delivery, and tracking of branding materials.
• Manage event-related costs and payments in compliance with Abbott’s policies.
• Attend and apply ethical and process training in all event-related activities.
MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Work Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in event management and execution.
• Experience in event and activation agencies is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles.
Professional Skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.

• Intermediate proficiency in English.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields.
