Job Purpose

The job holder responsible for:

  • Participate in the process of building a 5-year FM financial model, and develop an annual business plan.
  • Set up governance models according to Strategy Planning
  • Build forecasting models, set up tools to effectively manage and control business activities in each period, including revenue/cost/profit and backlog list of key actions
  • Effectively manage and control business operations from time to time, including revenue/cost/profit and backlog lists of agreed focus actions

Key Accountabilities (1)

1. Manage and coordinate business planning activities according to strategic goals

  • Responsible for designing financial models according to 5-year strategic goals; build models in the annual business planning of the segment in charge.
  • Participating in the overall coordination process for the entire planning và management activities of the key segments in charge to ensure the achievement of key business indicators in line with strategic goals.
  • Responsible for setting up governance models according to Strategy Planning, specifically updating analysis reports on the macro market, economy, politics, society... short-term and long-term of the business unit, thereby making recommendations on appropriate action plans.
  • Coordinating and managing the entire Master Plan, the overall Action Plan of the segment in charge, tracking the progress of business activities and platform activities; ensure output products and corresponding financial objectives.

2. Business performance management (including revenue/cost/profit)

  • Designing and building forecasting models and managing factors affecting business activities of the business sector; provides in-depth data-driven and analysis-driven advice to help Division Leaders make timely and effective business decisions.
  • Build tools to effectively manage and control business activities from time to time, including revenue/cost/profit.
  • Responsible for managing the backlog of the agreed focus actions.
  • Towards the digitization and automation of the department's work.

Key Accountabilities (2)

3. Cost effective management:

  • Develop tools to help manage costs effectively, ensure management and optimize % CIR according to strategic goals.
  • Design cost allocation models according to cross-sections from customers, solutions, sales channels to serve as a basis for evaluating PnL efficiency by customer, solution package list or sales channel efficiency...

4. Development of price management policy and framework

  • Participate in policy formulation; price management framework. Coordinate with enforcement units and control the implementation of policies/processes
  • Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of pricing policies and implementing pricing policies of units

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

  • Have a university degree or MBA in Economics; Finance; Bank; Data Science or related fields. Accredited Professional Finance Certificate
  • 7 years of experience in the field of Finance; Financial analysis/Data in the banking industry; financial services or FinTech. Experience includes aspects:
  • In charge of the management role in the field of financial accounting và financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of data management; data architecture - Experience in construction and planning; set a budget
  • Experience in building financial models - Experience in building and managing performance indicators
  • Experience in building reporting systems; analysis
  • Experience in developing business policies/programs and operating procedures at enterprises
  • Experience and knowledge in the financial services industry
  • Understanding in exploiting and using report building software tools such as Qlick; Tableau; PowerBI..
  • Understanding in technology platforms and systems
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience and understanding of change management
  • English requirements according to the regulations of each period
