Job Purpose

The job holder organizes drafting and checking credit document including: credit limit, collateral, disbursement, guarantee, LC,... and other assigned tasks as prescribed from time to time

Key Accountabilities (1)

1. Manage, control and execute credit operation activities : Ensure accuracy and compliance when drafting and checking credit documents: limit activation, collateral, disbursement, guarantee, LC,... and other assigned tasks as prescribed from time to time. Participate in consulting effective operation solutions for customers of TCB.
2. Ensure accuracy and compliance in managing credit document, collateral document and other documents.
3. Ensure that the department's activities comply with internal policies, regulations, procedures, guidelines, etc. and service quality commitments .
4. Propose and implement appropriate and effective operation solutions, increasing automation and digitization activities to increase service quality
5. Participate in training for colleagues / employees
6. Identify risks, coordinate with relevant units to to come up risk measurement and mitigation methods.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

• Bachelor Degree and above or equivalent professional certification; prefer in major: Banking & Finance, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Economics, Law or any related field.
• Understanding of the operational process of the credit system and relevant business documents.
• Experienced in processes / regulations: clearly grasp the processes / regulations related to credit control; aware of the ways / principles to handle arising transactions.
• Understanding Trade Finance transactions; Derivatives / offerings related to Trade Finance: UPAS LC / Pre-shipment Financing / Document Discount /...
• Have experience in operating risks in general and risks in credit control in particular
• Have experience in applying knowledge to control credit documents, establish processes, operations and design checkpoints
• Have in-depth knowledge on credit operations
• Minimum 8 years working experience in banking, at least 8 years in the position of senior officer ;
• Foreign languages (English): as regulated by Techcombank
• Good use of computer software (Power point, Word, Excel)
