- Manage and implement facilities maintenance schedules and routine inspections.
- Ensure facility tasks are completed on time, complying with safety regulations and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve facilities technical issues.
- Proactive proposal for improving the system and enhancement.
2. Coordination and Supervision:
- Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with departments, contractors, and consultants to address technical issues.
3. Documentation and Improvement:
- Develop and refine forms, checklists, and procedures for daily inspections and maintenance tracking.
- Prepare technical reports and monitor equipment performance.
4. Compliance and Ad-Hoc Support:
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and regulations.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and urgent matters as assigned by management.
5. Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with fire safety and workplace safety regulations.
- Education:Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: Electrical/Mechatronics/Mechanical/Facilities Engineering or its equivalent.;
- Experience:Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in facilities and 1-2 years in supervisor facilities maintenance or other relevant fields.;boiler, WWTP and air compressor experience will be essential
- Language:Fluency inEnglish,Chinese is a plus;
- Technical Skills: Ability to use AutoCAD and proficiency in MS Office; Experience in project management, including budgeting and scheduling.
