Job Description
By joining our team, you will receive guidance from the Facility Team and contribute to the success of all facility-related activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and supports visitors. Manage and record all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure the working environment is always in good condition.
- Manage inventories and ensure pantry supplies are consistently available.
- Support the procurement of stationery, office supplies, etc.
- Prepare payment requests.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and organization of files and documents.
- Perform other tasks as assigned when required.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate from a university, majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Result-oriented, eager to learn, and possess good communication skills.
- Able to join the internship at least 4 days per week.
- Intermediate level of English
