ABOUT THIS JOB
Work with the Soustate team to research and conceptualize designs for bags and accessories that reflect the brand’s identity and lifestyle positioning.
Develop creative concepts from sketch to prototype, ensuring each product is both functional and fashion-forward.
Collaborate with production partners to select materials, finalize technical specifications, and maintain product quality standards.
Translate market trends and cultural insights into timeless yet innovative designs that resonate with Soustate’s target audience.
Coordinate with marketing and creator teams to align product stories with brand campaigns and collaborations.
Ensure consistency in design language across the entire product line, while pushing forward new ideas that differentiate Soustate in the streetwear and lifestyle market.
Stay updated with global fashion trends, sustainability practices, and new techniques to inspire the evolution of the product portfolio.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in fashion design, preferably in bags, leather goods, or accessories.
Proficiency in design and technical software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Clo3D or equivalent).
Strong understanding of materials, hardware, and construction techniques used in bags and accessories.
Creative skills: ability to transform concepts into functional and stylish designs with strong sense of aesthetics, color, and form.
Experience in product development process from ideation to production, including sampling and vendor coordination.
Team collaboration: strong communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including production, marketing, and creators.
Adaptability: comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Passion for streetwear, lifestyle fashion, and staying ahead of global design trends.
