• Perform on-site installation, qualification, and bring-up of semiconductor process equipment at customer sites worldwide.
  
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and system checks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues on mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
  
• Provide clear and effective technical support and training to customers.
  
• Maintain detailed records of service activities, including service reports and system logs.
  
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to provide customer feedback and support product improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
  
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Field Service Engineer in the semiconductor industry.
  
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Proven experience with semiconductor equipment, including vacuum systems, RF generators, robotics, and control systems.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Ability to work independently, manage one's own schedule, and perform under pressure.
  
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing interactions.
  
• Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
  
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  
• Good English is a plus
