Soluis (www.soluis.com) are seeking an organised and proactive Finance and Office Manager to oversee the financial activities and operations of our Viet Nam team.
The role will report to the Global Head of Business Operations (UK based) and be part of the global team of Business Operations team.
You will also provide support to the Group Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff
We are looking for someone who is a strong finance manager with excellent office skills and a fluency in written and spoken English as all finance communications and meeting are undertaken in English.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Finance and Accounting:
- Oversee and manage finance and accounting for the Vietnamese team.
- Manage financial transactions and relationships with suppliers, including invoice / payments processing / tracking.
- Ensure compliance with local tax and reporting requirements.
- Work closely with the global business operations team.
- Support with cashflow planning.
Office Operations:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, overseeing office facilities and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
Social Planning and Engagements:
- Plan and organise team social events. Manage logistics and budget for these activities.
COO and CoS Support:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief of Staff as needed.
