Flutter Developer (Cross-Platform Android & Ios)

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer to join our team and contribute to building cross-platform mobile applications. In this role, you will:

• Develop mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Design application architecture and develop high-performance, scalable modules and features.
• Collaborate with team members to propose technical solutions and deliver functional mobile apps.
• Integrate third-party SDKs and ensure smooth user experiences through optimized performance and animations.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and contribute to technical documentation.
• Work closely under the guidance of team leads and coordinate with other departments to evaluate feature requirements.
• Provide regular progress updates and participate in product development discussions.
• Actively contribute to building a strong product and development culture within the company.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• 2+ years of experience in Flutter development, preferably with a background in native Android/iOS development.
• Proven experience in publishing apps to both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and implementation, including animation handling.
• Experience developing custom plugins, packages, or modules in Flutter.
• Familiar with integrating third-party SDKs into mobile apps.
• Proficiency in tools such as Chopper, Dio, Retrofit, and Go Router is a plus.
• Comfortable using Flutter’s asset management system (fonts, colors, text, ETC.).
• Experience with Git for version control; familiarity with CI/CD is an advantage.
• Ability to optimize application performance and solve complex technical challenges.

Strong teamwork, communication, and requirement analysis skills.
