MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase F&B revenue and drive business growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate & social event
- Build & maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding & recording with f&b team both needs & preferences
- Grow hotel database through new & established tools to leverage direct communication possibilities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
- Work closely with the f&b & commercial team to develop menus, pricing, offers and promotions that meet clients needs and drive sales
- Analyze f&b sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
- Working hours to include afternoon through – mid/evening only (and present in key meal period serving hours)
- Time will be divided 50/50 on-floor sales & outcall sales
- 1 Day p/week for office time to generate reports and tele-sale (if any)
- Exceptions will be afforded for key meetings only i.e F&B Sales meeting

Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should be holding preferably a degree and minimum 3 years post graduate work experiences in a F&B, Sales or daily client interacting position. Good computer skills and a perfect command of Vietnamese and fluent English is a must.
