- We are looking for a highly experienced Full-Stack Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade software solutions using Java microservices and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Japanese clients, strong technical leadership, and a proven track record in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems from scratch.
Architecture & Design
- Design software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define the best technical approach.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with company standards.
- Analyze Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents and create complete and correct solution architectures.
- Select appropriate tools, technologies, and frameworks for each project.
- Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Lead development teams in building backend services using Java microservices and frontend applications using modern frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
- Implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, Cloud Formation, etc.).
- Apply DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and operations.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and development teams.
- Review code and ensure adherence to quality and security standards.
- Identify and resolve technical issues early in the development lifecycle.
- Present and defend architectural solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of technical presentations and proposals.
- Research and suggest improvements using emerging technologies and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Experience
- Over 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect.
- Over 3 years of experience working with Japanese clients.
- Extensive experience designing solutions for large-scale systems from scratch.
- Proven ability to communicate directly with clients to gather and clarify business require-ments.
- Strong expertise in Java microservices architecture.
- Solid experience with AWS cloud services and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation).
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Salary range: $2000 – $3500
