Baller Headwear is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. We are currently looking for a Fullstack Developer with 1+ year of experience and strong English skills to join our team. You will help us develop and maintain internal web applications that support our daily operations. This is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-moving company and contribute directly to real business needs.
WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE
- Develop user interfaces with React / Next.js.
- Build backend APIs using Node.js / NestJS.
- Integrate with databases (PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Supabase).
- Integrate core accounting and finance modules into our ERP ecosystem.
- Deploy and manage cloud-based applications using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, testers, and product owners to ensure end-to-end integration.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Maintain Git repositories, follow Gitflow processes, and participate in CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE
- 2+ year of hands-on experience in fullstack development.
- Strong understanding of TypeScript.
- Experience with ReactJS, basic knowledge of Next.js (SSR/ISR is a plus).
- Basic experience building APIs with Node.js, preferably NestJS.
- Familiar with RESTful APIs, HTTP, JWT, and backend concepts.
- Experience working on production-level applications.
- Solid experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis is a plus)
- Good logical thinking and ability to learn quickly.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Working time: Monday to Saturday: 7.30 am - 4:30 pm. Half day off on Saturday.
