RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the end-to-end delivery of managed service engagements, covering operations,
- Lead the end-to-end development of fullstack modules using Node.js (backend) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Vue/Angular) for frontend.
- Integrate with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and design scalable APIs (REST, GraphQL).
- Design responsive, accessible, and maintainable frontend UIs.
- Apply best practices for performance optimization on both backend and frontend.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS Cloud (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, etc.).
- Independently operate services in production, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Monitor system health, implement alerts, and perform preventive maintenance.
- Handle incident resolution & root cause analysis for fullstack issues across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Service Desk, Operations, QA, Business) to align solutions with business needs.
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers; lead code reviews and promote engineering excellence.
- Maintain technical documentation (designs, architectural diagrams, SOPs for operations).
REQUIREMENTS
Technical Skills:
- Highly proficient in Node.js (Express, NestJS or similar) and fullstack development.
- Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (JavaScript ES6+, React/Vue/Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Responsive UI).
- Solid experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
- AWS Cloud proficiency (compute, networking, storage, and database services).
- Experience in API design (REST/GraphQL) and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of Managed Service operational processes (incident, change, and problem management under ITIL practices).
- Preferred: Groovy scripting knowledge for automation and integration tasks
- Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities across fullstack.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5–7+ years in backend development & managed service operations.
- Track record of independently handling production-level services and complex module solutions.
- Experience in cloud-based managed service projects is highly desirable.
