• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that align with the Cambridge International curriculum and standards.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and instructional resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress regularly using formative and summative assessments.
• Provide feedback to students and parents on academic performance and progress.
• Summarizing weekly lesson content and compiling reports from foreign teachers for individual students
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and well-being.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
• Address and manage student behavior issues in accordance with school policies.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the Cambridge curriculum within the primary school.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-curricular themes and projects.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Engage in reflective practice and seek feedback to improve teaching effectiveness.
• Attend and contribute to staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Communicate effectively with parents, students, and colleagues about student progress and any concerns.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the school community.
• Collaborate with colleagues on planning, teaching, and assessment practices.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• A bachelor's degree in education, Primary Education, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or qualification recognized by the Cambridge International curriculum.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or bilingual school setting.
• Experience with the Cambridge International curriculum is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English
• Strong understanding of primary education principles and practices.
• Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
