(Mức lương: 11 - 23 triệu VNĐ)Seeking a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our internal communication and employee engagement initiatives. This role will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that effectively communicate company news, promote internal events, reinforce our company culture, and contribute to a positive employee experience. You will work closely with the Internal Communication & People Engagement team and other internal teams to bring their communication strategies to life through compelling visuals.
1. Conceptualization & Design with brand consistency and guidelines: (70%)
- Develop creative concepts and a wide range of internal communication and engagement materials, including but not limited to internal announcements, newsletters, intranet posts, digital displays, etc.
- Develop promotional materials for employer branding initiatives and employee recognition programs including posters, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and digital signages.
- Design and develop presentation materials and visual aids to present complex information in an accessible and engaging manner.
- Create visually appealing content for internal social media platforms and communication channels.
- Ensure all internal communication and engagement materials, including photographic and video content, adhere to MiTek's brand guidelines.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining an organized library of design assets and visual style guides.
2. Collaboration & Communication: (20%)
- Collaborate effectively with HR, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to understand their communication needs and objectives.
- Participate in multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
- Produce high-quality photographs and short-form video assets for various internal and external communication materials and digital platforms.
- Act as a liaison with 3rd party suppliers when required, such as creative agencies, printers etc.
3. Continuous Improvement: (10%)
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Proactively suggest innovative visual approaches to enhance internal communication and engagement.
4. Other reasonable tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học
Yêu cầu công việc:
- University in Graphic Design
- At least 2-year working experience in related field
- English level (CEFR) B2 or equivalent
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) programs is preferred.
- Branding: Strong understanding of brand style guides and the ability to apply them consistently across various media.
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
