About The Role
The Graphics Designer supports Elfie’s mission to fight chronic disease by creating high quality graphics for a variety of topics. This role is essential in supporting Elfie's overall mission. Interested? Check out more details below.

What You’ll Do
• Design engaging and visually appealing assets for various channels, including social media, in-app content (community feed, gamification features), and marketing materials such as posters, flyers, emails, and visual aids.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints
• Stay current with industry and design trends to keep creative output fresh and effective.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with different stakeholders, delivering high-quality work on time.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) and other relevant design tools is required.
• Video content production skills are a plus, including editing and producing promotional or educational videos.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar).
Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Fluency in English
