• Full-time, on-site seeding across crypto subreddits, Telegram/Discord groups, and micro-KOL channels to funnel new users into official communities.
• 
  Map and rank 50+ relevant forums/channels/Spaces by audience fit and rules.
• 
  Post/comment 5×/day with value-adding tips, memes, and soft plugs (no spam); follow each community’s guidelines.
• 
  Recruit and manage micro-KOLs (

• 1–3 years in growth or seeding for a crypto or consumer app.
• 
  Sharp short-form English copy; strong trend-spotting and platform etiquette.
• 
  Proficient with social-listening & scheduling tools (TweetDeck/X Pro, Brand24) and basic analytics (UTM, sheets/dashboards).
• 
  Organized, persistent outreach; able to negotiate with micro-KOLs and manage multiple threads.
• 
  Nice to have: existing relationships in niche crypto communities; experience with Zealy/Galxe quests.
