1.Responsibilies:
This role plays a key part in developing and executing digital content strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion for our SaaS products. As a Digital & Content Marketing Executive, you’ll be responsible for creating compelling content across multiple digital channels, optimizing performance through data insights, and collaborating closely with teams like Product, Sales, and Customer Success. This position is ideal for someone looking to sharpen their digital marketing skills in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, and who is passionate about making an impact in the growing SaaS industry.
What you will do
- Assist in lead generation strategies for SaaS, including optimizing email marketing campaigns and marketing automation tools.
- Content Management and Digital Channels:
- Develop creative content (articles, images, videos) tailored to each digital channel (Website, Blog, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.).
- Manage and grow digital platforms including Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, ZaloOA
- Measure and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics such as CTR, ROI, Conversion Rate, Engagement Rate, etc.
- SaaS Content Development and Management:
- Create content for landing pages, blog posts, and other marketing materials related to SaaS offerings.
- Use WordPress to build new landing pages, blogs.
- SEO/SEM Optimization:
- Keyword research and optimize website content and SEO to improve search rankings.
- Analyze the performance of SEO/SEM campaigns and propose improvements.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights to track and evaluate campaign performance.
- Analyze sales data and marketing campaign effectiveness, and propose improvements.
- Support B2B Marketing Strategies: Assist in lead generation strategies for SaaS, including optimizing email marketing campaigns and marketing automation tools.

2.Requirements:
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent creative writing & design skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to report and optimize campaign performance using various tools.
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams, with excellent time management skills.
