We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic L&OD, Internal Communications & Employer Branding (Head/Mng level) to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. This is a newly created, senior leadership position reporting directly to the HRD. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive strategies that drive employee engagement, foster a positive culture, and enhance our company's reputation as a top employer.
Working Schedule: 5.5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
1. Learning & Organizational Development (70%)
- Strategize and execute training programs: Develop and implement an annual training plan—using both in-house resources and third-party experts—to boost employee productivity, efficiency, and engagement.
- Manage budget and ROI: Effectively manage the L&OD budget, ensuring that investments in training courses yield tangible benefits and measurable improvements in performance.
- Lead the talent management process: Drive the talent identification, development, and succession planning processes to ensure that all high-potential and leadership candidates have a clear career path.
- Support and mentor high-potential employees: Act as a trusted partner to high-performers, offering insights and support. Consult with HR Business Partners and line managers to help build and guide career development for key talents.
2. Internal Communications & Employer Branding (30%)
- Strategic Communications & Culture: Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to manage change, align employees with company goals, and foster a positive, energetic culture. This includes creating and managing content across all internal channels to ensure everyone is informed and engaged.
- Employer Branding & Talent Attraction: Define and promote the company's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through multi-channel campaigns and engaging social media content. Build and maintain key relationships with external partners, like universities, to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial position leading L&OD, talent management, or a related function.
- Industry Background: Prior experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) or large corporation within the manufacturing, production, or FMCG industries is mandatory.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English. Fluency in English is a must as this role involves frequent communication with global teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable L&OD and communication plans.
- Location: Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
