Responsibilities:
- Manage leave, insurance, allowances and other benefits administration for clients.
- Support the day-to-day payroll HR administration and system creation to ensure timely and accurate payroll for clients.
- Connect with clients regularly and provide HR advisory services as required.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for clients' service and other issues (if any).
- Detail discussion during interview
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in C&B operations, focusing on payroll, PIT, and insurance. Prior experience with HR payroll firms is preferred.
- Good at English skills.
- Advance in MS office
- Customer Service skills
- Ability work under high pressure
